• First off, you can use an extension called Chat GPT Writer to integrate it across the web and summon it from any site. This is free to use, and you can customize the shortcut to whatever you choose. So for example, if you wanted to comment on a post you’d highlight the text, click the shortcut you chose, and say “Write a witty response.” Bam! It also works great for responding to emails, saving you tons of time.
• Another extension is called Chat GPT for Search Engines, which displays the chat GPT results alongside your usual search engine results. If you Google a question, it will show the chat GPT answer and all the standard search links. You can also switch the setting to have it on all the time, only cotinue when your search ends in a question mark, or only when you click on it.
• YouTube Summary is a great tool for summarizing YouTube videos. Just click “transcript and summary”, then the chat GPT button and it will open up chat GPT with the transcript and summarize prompt already copied. Then all you have to do is click “command V.” This is an easy way to summarize key points from TED Talks, documentaries, or podcasts.
• If you prefer using your voice instead of typing, there’s an extension called Promptius. It’s easy to set up - just add the extension and then you can hold the space bar and speak instead of typing.
• Lastly, there’s an extension called Chat.did that lets you “really talk” with an AI - no keyboards or cursors. You can ask it almost anything, and it will respond in real-time.
