Job Role:

• Make a wide range of baked goods, such as cakes, cookies, pies, and bread, using both traditional and modern recipes.

• Create innovative and interesting sweets to refresh our menus and pique consumers' attention. • Decorate pastries with various icings, toppings, and other embellishments to provide a stunning and exciting display.

• Check the consistency of the material and the state of the equipment and machines used for cooking, such as flour, sugar, and other baking materials, and place necessary orders within budget.

Requirements

• At least 3 years working experience in casual / fine dining stand-alone restaurants • High school diploma or other related certifications • 40 years old or younger HACCP / PIC certification, as well as certification in health and safety and food hygiene, is a bonus.

• Excellent listening abilities
